How to Request Deletion

What Gets Deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- All property and zone data
- Entire plant inventory and species records
- All uploaded photos and images
- Maintenance tasks and care calendar
- Care logs and activity history
- Quarterly check-in goals and plans
- Trophies, points, and gamification data
- User settings and preferences
What Is Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance reasons:
- Billing & payment records — retained for up to 7 years as required by law
- Fraud prevention logs — retained for up to 90 days
Want to delete only some data?
You can delete individual plants, photos, zones, and tasks directly inside the app without deleting your full account. Navigate to the item you want to remove and use the delete option.
